All prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price change on any item you have ordered, we will contact you. - Payment & Options
All new customers must pay in advance. Companies and organizations can apply for an account by sending us four vendor references with whom they currently do business for our consideration.
Our shopping cart and checkout are provided by PayPal, but a PayPal account is optional. During the checkout process, you are given the choice where the funds will come from: a credit/debit card, eCheck or out of a PayPal account.
- Production Time
Normally 2 weeks or less for most items. (See Item Details) - Shipping
Your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). You must have a United States shipping address. No overseas shipment will be accepted. - Rush Service
Expedited service is possible for products in-stock for an additional fee. If you require faster delivery, please let us know either by email or commenting during checkout. The appropriate amount will be billed separately. - Returns
All sales are final. However, if your item must be returned due to breakage in shipment or other reason, obtain a return authorization number by calling 828-684-0195. (If broken, please retain original packaging.) - Order Follow-up
Confirmation of your order will arrive via email to the address provided during checkout. If we have no questions, your order will be produced. We will email you again when the order has shipped, providing a delivery confirmation number if available.
If "blocking" or "anti-spam" options are set in your email account, please add our address to your "accepted" list to receive emails from us. (info@ajrecognition.com) - Our In-House Inventory
Due to our limited storage space, our inventory is restricted to items that our major customers purchase on a regular basis (i.e., CCS/ASRA plaques and trophies).
Anything marked "Allow 2-3 weeks" must be ordered for you from a distributor/manufacturer in our network of suppliers.
We Respect Your Privacy
The information you provide to us will not be shared, sold or relayed to anyone in any way. Because we never see your banking or credit card information, transactions are totally private and secure.
